Besides most of the public toilets at the point and ecotourism zones degraded, affecting the urban landscape, not to mention the cost of building, managing and maintaining a high . We can say that public toilets are an issue which requires urgent attention now.

The deployment consists of 3 phases. Initially, from May 4/2015, launched and implemented in Hai Chau district service and festive 40th anniversary of reunification. Stage 2 from January 5.6 / 2015, launched and deployed in Son Tra district, Ngu Hanh Son serve sea tourist season from October 2015.
